DopeStream Whop Publisher
Terms of Service
Use of the personal DopeStream application.
Policy version: 17 October 2026
These terms apply to DopeStream Whop Publisher, operated by the owner of dopeasspapi.com for managing their own authorized YouTube content. Contact: dopeassbalr@gmail.com.
1. Intended use and acceptance
DopeStream is a personal desktop content-preparation and publishing application. It is not offered as a public account-management service, does not accept public registrations and does not authorize access to other people’s channels. Before using its features, the owner must read and accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. Reading these public pages does not connect an account or start a publishing operation.
2. YouTube and Google terms
DopeStream uses YouTube API Services. By using the application, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Applicable Google API terms, YouTube policies, advertising-disclosure rules and campaign conditions must also be followed. DopeStream is not endorsed, certified or operated by Google, YouTube, TikTok, Metricool or Whop.
3. Account authorization and publishing approval
Only the owner may authorize the dedicated Google connection. OAuth access does not itself authorize a particular upload, visibility change or unattended schedule. Before enabling publishing, the owner must approve the relevant content, account, metadata, advertising disclosure, frequency and scheduling rules. The application checks the expected DopeStream channel and must stop on an identity mismatch or an unresolved operation.
The application uses private uploads and readback checks before an approved public schedule. Advertising disclosures must accurately describe commercial relationships. The owner remains responsible for reviewing captions, claims, source rights, audience settings and campaign-specific conditions. Automatic checks cannot guarantee legal accuracy, originality, campaign acceptance or payout eligibility.
4. Content rights and prohibited use
Use only content you own or are authorized to edit and publish, including footage, music, branding and likenesses. Do not bypass copyright restrictions, platform limits, required disclosures, campaign eligibility, approval gates or duplicate protection. Do not use the connection to manage unrelated channels or access others’ private information. Existing uncertain receipts must be reconciled instead of creating duplicate uploads.
5. Platform publishing and campaign submissions
Publishing a video does not submit it to a Whop campaign or establish entitlement to rewards. Whop submissions remain a separate manual action. Campaign eligibility and cross-platform submission permission must be checked under the current campaign rules. No views, distribution, campaign approval, earnings or payment are promised.
6. Availability and user control
Operations may be held by missing approvals, failed quality checks, revoked credentials, API quotas, provider outages or campaign restrictions. Local scheduled runs depend on the owner’s computer and Windows session being available. A publishing failure does not authorize a blind retry. The service can be paused, and Google access can be removed through Google Account permissions.
Revoking access or stopping the local application does not necessarily cancel a future publication already scheduled on YouTube or Metricool. Review existing platform schedules separately before relying on a pause.
7. Data removal and updates
The Privacy Policy explains stored data, manual deletion requests and retention obligations. Application-data deletion is separate from deleting a video on YouTube. DopeStream’s current publishing workflow does not implement video deletion.
Material changes to these terms or Google data practices must be presented for review before continued use under the changed terms. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
